As I sit here in my humid 86 degree home it is hard to even think of the fact that winter is just outside my window again. I can’t believe that it is already getting ready to snow many inches again and I have the strong want to go snowboarding. It is getting so cold outside now and we are starting to finally get in some snow. It is about time to hit up Mt. Holly for some skiing and snowboarding again. I love the fact that they make their own snow there once it gets cold enough so they should be busy making snow right now!

I have heard that Mt. Holly was actually built over and old landfill. I think that this is a great way to at least use the garbage that was already there. The hill built over time and then they put dirt over it and planted grass and stuff so that it would be usable for skiing and snowboarding and other winter sports.

I have been really digging online school lately because it saves me a lot of paperwork because I turn everything in online. I have never thought about it before but the use of email has probably substantially knocked a dent into the paper wasting problem. I imagine that one day everything will be online and there will be minimal paperwork used anywhere. I just thought that this was kind of interesting.
