Eco Dance

I have always felt that used cars are the way to go. I do not really want to buy a brand new car because I do not want a new car payment. The last couple of cars that I bought have been with cash and I like it this way. The insurance is cheaper and I have no car payments. I like that you can look online now to search for used cars so that you can find the one that you really want. I even looked as far as car dealers Wilmington NC and found a couple that I liked at www.BruceCavenaugh.com. I would like a southern car because it will not be as weathered as the used cars are here. They tend to last longer when they have not been salted!

I hate the fact that I have to save up all of my bottles and cans to bring them back to the store, because ever since they came out with the bottle machines I have to save them in good condition. I would just flatten them before to save space, but they have to be able to roll around in these machines to get credit for them. Since they have to be in such good condition they end up taking up a lot of room!

Bottle deposits themselves are actually a good thing. If we did not have a bottle deposit here they would probably litter the streets and stuff. Since there is a deposit people who are down on their luck will often go around different neighborhoods looking for discarded bottles to get a little money for themselves which is cool because the bottles end up being taken care of. I have often wondered if states that do not have a bottle deposit have bottles littering their highways and things like that.

The next thing they need to put a deposit on is those plastic shopping bags. It seems like no matter where you go there is a plastic shopping bag blowing by as if it were a tumbleweed from a wild wild west movie. These bags get caught in trees and cannot be good for the animals living in these trees. If they had a small deposit on these bags then those might get picked up for money too!

I daydream a lot about taking a vacation with my husband. I would love to go somewhere beautiful to spend a week with just the two of us and no worries. I would love to go to a Costa Rica resort to have this week of fun and sun! I started checking out sites and I found at Florblanca.com you can get a Costa Rican resort for a decent price. I know that on vacation price is not the most important thing, but if I can save money on the place that we stay we can have more money for things like sightseeing and shopping!

There was a tire fire here recently and it was so terrible. The smoke was huge and black and I imagined that it had to be a totally bad thing that the smoke was going into the sky. It smelled so terrible and I just hated it!

There should be some kind of fine for places like this who have fires. I am sure that there is some kind of accident that triggered this fire, but when it is something that could be harmful to anyone who breathes it in there should be an extra penalty for carelessness. Anything having to do with chemical spills or gas leaks should be fined because they are putting people and the environment at risk. I know that the tire place did not want to have a fire, but I bet that there are more preventative measures that they could have taken to ensure that this kind of thing would not happen.

If there is a hefty fine hanging over businesses minds then they might do everything in their power not to waste their profits on fines. That is just an idea that I have that would probably never be put into place because the companies are taxpayers too, and they matter more than the average person when it comes to government.

With global warming and things like that I wonder if someday we will not be able to participate in winter sports anymore. I love to ski and I love to snowboard. I was actually just shopping for Burton snowboards on ChristySports.com because I am thinking about which one I want. I trashed my snowboard last year and I want to buy one so that I am ready to go when the snow comes down hard!
