It is really sad but sometimes animals around your house can be a real nuisance. I am not a big fan of killing anything, if I had a rabbit eating my garden I would probably either let the rabbit have the veggies or I would use a rabbit trap to capture the rabbit live and then bring it out to my grandfather’s house in the country.
I am just glad that there are alternatives to killing animals for people like a live trap, or repellents because many people would just kill the animal or make it suffer. I remember when we had moles digging in our back yard they actually were starting to ruin our pool. My stepdad got those awful traps that kill the moles; I figured that there had to be a better way to control the moles without killing them.

These traps and repellants are easy to use and it is so much better than doing something awful to these animals, it is not like these poor animals are aware that they are ruining your begonias!

Is it just me or does it seem that we had a really cool summer with really cool summer nights? I am having a hard time believing that the earth is in a warming period because I remember summers when it used to get up over 100 degrees for like a week at a time. What are all of the effects of global warming? Are we actually seeing these effects in some parts of the world?

Since the theme for the Halloween party we are having is the Wicked Forest I was thinking that maybe I should make the Halloween invitations out of tree bark. I do not know how feasible that really is, but I was thinking if I could get some old tree bark and just paint the date and time on it that could be really cool! I would have to find bark that is light enough to write on though, maybe birch or something.
