I hope that everyone out there has had a wonderful Easter Sunday.  I had a great day, and I am so ready to go lay down because I ate way too much food.  My stomach is hard as a rock because I packed in so much food!  It was just a great day in general, and I just hope everyone’s day was great too!

Do you recycle the plastic bags that you get from the grocery store?  I know that the store by me does not even offer paper bags anymore, they are too cheap I guess.  Anyways I always recycle my plastic bags because I use them for trash bags.  It is not a long line of recycling but it is better than just throwing them away after I unload my groceries.  Every little bit counts.  There is a store by my house that will give you a nickel off of your grocery order for every bag you bring back, and that is a cool program.

It is so crazy how cheap real estate has gotten over the past few years. This means it is a great time to invest in land or other various kinds of real estate. I was thinking about picking out the land that I will eventually retire to and just buying it now while the prices are low, and just letting it sit there for many years. I aspire to have a little bit of land in the south and a few acres in the north when I retire and the prices are only going to go up from here.

A lot of people that could not afford to own their homes before are buying houses now because of the decline in home prices. I know 5 or 6 people that have started the process of buying their own home in the last two months alone. These are people that I thought would never be able to own. Right now is a great time to buy into real estate. There is a lot of information available online about real estate that is available and how everything works. RealEstate.com has a plethora of information all about real estate, so that is a great place to start looking.

I finally dug through all of my magazines and took my name off of each one.  I dropped them at a doctor’s office near here and they welcomed them because they only had things like better homes and things like that.  I brought them a lot of Rolling Stone and People magazines along with a lot of weekly world news.  I hope a few people get some enjoyment out of them while they are stuck waiting at the doctor.
